Message	that the most that was wrong was the actuators. I received a set of turbos that looked like they were dropped off of a building, and since YOU did not package them correctly (oil inlet oultets not even covered) they had some dust in the bearing. I will not eat the cost of a set of turbos that are unsellable. PERIOD. TAKE YOUR WARRANTEE CONCERN UP WITH PE USA, I AM OUT OF THIS SITUATION ALL TOGETHER.
